The 2017 Ford F-150 has made history yet again.

Recently, the F-150’s 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6 variant became the first ever pickup to be listed on the “Greener Choices” list by the experts at American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy.

Thanks to its impressive fuel efficiency and use of a lighter weight aluminum-alloy body frame, the new F-150 has topped the list making it one of the most eco-friendly vehicles on the market.

This full-size pickup averages a best-in-class EPA-estimated 26 miles per gallon on the highway, making it as practical as it is powerful.

For over four decades, the F-Series line has been one of the best-selling lineups available, and with Ford’s dedication, this shows no sign of slowing down.
