What does it mean when your Tire Pressure Monitoring System activates that little warning light on your dash? It simply means that some or all of your tires are either under-inflated, or over-inflated. But it won't tell you if your tires need to be rotated, aligned, or replaced-only a visual inspection can tell you any of that. It's also a good rule of thumb to get your tires rotated regularly-usually when you get an oil change done. That way you are making sure that your tires are wearing properly and you cam avoid a lot of unnecessary wear and tear to your tires. If you're ever unsure about the condition of your tires, it's always a good idea to run your ride into your tire specialist to check things out. It's better to make sure rather than continuing to drive on unsafe tires. Don't just depend on your dash sensors.
